The dynamic nature of the Company has enabled significant growth over the last decade. The company is now involved in every aspect of environmental regeneration and prides itself on ‘improving our environment’. The company has three core operating divisions: Contracting, Plant and Development.

Contracts Division:
Market leaders for services such as high quality landscaping, reclamation and remediation of brownfield sites plus sports facility and skate park construction. The range of services offered in house allows an all-encompassing site appraisal, project management and construction facility. Hellens enjoys excellent relationships with several key consulting engineer practices to complement our in-house expertise.

Plant Division:
Plant owns and operates a comprehensive range of operated and non-operated construction plant, ancillary equipment and landscaping machinery. The stock is seen as vital to back up the skills of the workforce as well as being available for external plant hire.

Development Division:
Active in the purchase of brownfield sites for redevelopment, using the Company’s expertise to regenerate these sites for a variety of end uses. This division has seen significant expansion in recent years and has a proven track record for delivering schemes for a mix of end uses including residential, commercial and retail purposes.
