Hellens has a dedicated team of land buyers primarily charged with the responsibility of purchasing brownfield sites suitable for redevelopment.

Hellens draws on its unique experience in reclamation and remediation to provide a comprehensive solution to the complex issues arising during the development of brownfield sites. Hellens Developments concentrates on this as well as undertaking the redevelopment of existing buildings. The result is a complete package; including the identification and redevelopment of complex sites incorporating the redevelopment of existing buildings and construction of new buildings for a variety of end uses.

Hellens is actively seeking further brownfield site opportunities which will utilise the in-house expertise of the remediation contracting arm. Hellens either buys sites speculatively or in conjunction with residential and commercial developers.
