This contract was procured via ICE 'Design & Build Conditions'. A variety of football training pitches were constructed to form the club's training facilities.

Earthworks to form playing plateaux

Installation of groundwater drainage system

Various pitch constructions including grass on soil, sand based rootzone and sand ameliorated bases

Construction of a 'Stadium of Light' replica pitch

Pitch drainage, sand slitting and gravel banding

Installation of a fully automatic irrigation system including balancing ponds, reed beds and water storage systems

Construction of vehicle routes, car parking and footpaths
