Major earthworks to establish a total of four playing plateaux ranging in area from about 25000m2 up to 60000m2.

Diversion of a public sewer and installation of the main groundwater drainage system

Construction of:

10no. grass on soil pitches

3no. sandbased pitches incorporating rootzone & fibresand

2no. full size artificial ‘Field Turf’ pitches

Implementation of fully automatic irrigation system

Access roads, car parks and footpaths

Construction of a lake & wetland area for wildlife conservation

Extensive planting to satisfy the needs of the local environment

Additional community works: four pitches, wetland area, cricket square, village green, finishing works
