Improvement of public open space in Crimdon, Easington

This Scheme involved the removal of a former car park and the upgrading of the public open space and local facilities.

Works included:

Existing access road was overlaid with 40mm of tarmacadam

Installation of decorative cliff top barrier and protection bollards

Design and construction of land art feature

Installation of new footbridges and boardwalk

Installation of gabion retaining wall for additional caostal protection

Improvement of street lighting scheme
